Welcome to Refurnish! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our web application at https://www.refurnish.io (“Service”). By accessing or using Refurnish, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Refurnish. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of Refurnish, you must create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of images and content you upload. By uploading images, you grant Refurnish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your images solely to provide and improve our services.
You agree not to upload any content that:
- Violates any law or third-party rights
- Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
- Infringes intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
If you purchase paid features, payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in connection with your purchases.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Refurnish for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated means to scrape or collect data from Refurnish without permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content and software on Refurnish, excluding your user content, are the property of Refurnish or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Refurnish is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refurnish and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
