  • Account Information: When you sign up using email/password or Google Sign-In, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name, profile picture, and other basic profile info you share publicly on Google.

  • User Content: You upload images of your rooms to our service. These images are stored and processed to provide the room reimagination feature.

  • Usage Data: We collect analytics data via Posthog, such as how you interact with the app, your IP address, device type, and browser information.

  • Payment Information: If you make payments, we use Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles your payment details securely; we do not store your full payment card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Refurnish’s features and services.
  • Process your authentication and payments.
  • Communicate with you, including support and updates.
  • Analyze app usage to improve performance and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information only with trusted service providers to help us operate the service:

  • Supabase (backend storage and database)
  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Posthog (analytics)
  • OpenAI (image generation API)
  • Stripe (payment processing)

We ensure these providers maintain appropriate security and confidentiality.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data, uploaded images, and analytics data as long as you maintain an active account with us. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted.
